Macks Lifesciences is seeking a highly motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist in Immunology to lead and execute key discovery-to-preclinical research efforts in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, with a strong emphasis on T cell and regulatory T cell (Treg) biology. This role will design and implement in vitro screening assays to support lead selection and contribute to preclinical efficacy, safety, and mechanism-of-action studies. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to support program advancement toward IND-enabling studies.

REQUIREMENTS
- —Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, or a related field with 2+ years of industry experience, or BS/MS with 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- —Hands-on experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry
- —Experience designing in vivo models of autoimmune or inflammatory disease
- —Experience with primary immune cell isolation, ex vivo culture, and Treg functional assay
- —Experience authoring IND-supporting study reports
